At Fitness Freddies Personal Training, you will benefit from dedicated one-to-one sessions, creating a unique dynamic with your personal trainer and allowing you to focus on one thing - your results. We'll conduct an initial physical analysis to create a regime specifically tailored for you, taking into account current fitness, potential injuries, limitations and nutrition. You will then be guided through an entire programme of health and fitness development, which includes your training inside and outside your home or gym, your diet and your lifestyle, complemented by our outstanding support services.

Personal training at Fitness Freddies integrates a wide range of disciplines and methods to keep both body and mind challenged in a variety of ways. This includes options such as strength, mobility and stretching sessions, cardiovascular exercise and sports performance. You can choose to purchase sessions, packages or pay monthly (no membership fee) and, while we recommend you commit to at least three sessions a week, we're realistic about how day-to-day demands can impact on your schedule.

That said the old-school style of simply jogging yourself into a catabolic state doesn’t particularly have many merits these days either. Our trainers use the science behind cardiovascular training and apply its relevance to your set goals. Set heart rates zones during exercise or variable heart rate intervals are the focus of most cardiovascular sessions. Others will be very sport or task specific. Careful control and monitoring of these sessions allows for physical development in these disciplines and also allows for us to see whether an athlete is performing the correct exercise for their current physical condition.

IF THERE IS A SPECIFIC WEIGHT CATEGORY OR WEIGHT TARGET THEN THESE NUTRITION PLANS CAN BE CALORIE CONTROLLED TO HIT THESE TARGETS. THE PHYSICAL TRAINING FOCUSES ON MAXIMISING THE VISUAL DEFINITION EFFECTS OF THE MUSCLE GROUP.
